Text messaging program
Program name: Urban Edge Outdoors project texts.
What you'll receive: messages about your project with us — quote-ready notices and links to review them, scheduling and appointment updates, invoice and payment links, payment receipts, and your private client portal link. We don't send marketing or promotional texts.
How you opt in: we text you only after you agree to it — by telling us you'd like texts during a consultation, site visit, or phone call, or by requesting your portal link by text at urbanedge.pro/portal. See how opt-in works.
- Message frequency varies with your project — typically a few messages a month while your project is active.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us at (503) 597-8520 or tim@urbanedgeoutdoors.com.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We'll send one message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Texts are available on major U.S. carriers to U.S. mobile numbers.

Your client portal link
Your portal is reached through a private link. Anyone who has the link can see your project, so please don't share it, and tell us right away if you think someone else has it.
Quotes, approvals, and signatures
- A quote is valid until the expiration date shown on it.
- When you approve a quote or sign a contract or change order online, that counts as your signature, just as if you had signed on paper.
- Prices, scope, and schedule are those in the documents you approve and sign.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card payments include the processing fee shown before you pay. Payment terms (deposits, progress payments, due dates) are those in your contract and invoices.
Using the site
Please use urbanedge.pro only for your own project with us. Don't try to access other customers' information or interfere with how the site works.
Limits
We work to keep urbanedge.pro available and accurate, but the site is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses caused by the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits our obligations under your signed contract or our warranty.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the date above.
